Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples is an American artist and performer from America. She was awarded the highest praise for her performance as Layla Grant in the drama series Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard in Sharknado (2013). She played the leading role Jerrica Jem benton in the 2015 film Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. Aubrey is the youngest sister of Ally. Aubrey was a part of Orlando Repertory Theatre ten years as a child. Her valedictory speech was one of the highlights of her class at Lake Mary Preparatory School. Harvard University had accepted her. But, they had to agree to her admission twice. It was the second time due to her Nashville performance. Peeples played a cameo in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and played the role of a regular in Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was featured in two made-for television movies Ace Ventura Jr.: Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. In the second season, she played Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder in an interview in 2019 with NKD Magazine. Indiewire named Peeples as one of the top performers under 20 in September 2014.
